The link goes to a private video that cannot be viewed. Also I'm subscribed to your channel and it shows no new activity when I visit it. I would really like to see this one as I still struggle with ferrous coin when the ground is trashy.

It's got about 15 minutes or less to get rid of shaky video or it might be on now I can view it and it's listed public . sube

Sube,
I was getting ready to type a long-winded explanation of exactly what you showed...(the difference between the behavior of the different modes in PP sizing.)
It's just so much easier to see than to explain with lots of words.

Again, as usual, well done...and thanks for saving me from all that typing. :)

If anyone has watched both of Sube's recent videos and wonder if they work in real hunting conditions? I can verify that they do and it doesn't take long before you can readily pick out non ferrous targets and even guess what they are based on where they start and point to on the screen. For me I found it easier to locate a target in the high trash setting then switch to ferrous coin for verifying and pinpointing. I like this enough I may do a duplicate program and set it to the hot key so I can switch faster. One thing I also think that will be in order is to fashion some sort of a removable sun shade so the back light can be used. In full sunlight the more faint target trace marks are nigh on impossible to see and keeping your back to the sun is a must.

Something else I started to fiddle with or add to the program was smooth audio. Bill S has a program that uses this and non ferrous targets make a notable sound when mixed with iron. I am hoping to fiddle with the disc. settings and get some sort of an audio indicator when something worth investigating is hit. I got ran off by thunderstorms and didn't get to use this long enough to find anything.

I like your attitude I got this far but there's a lot of refinement left to do hope you can crack more of this . I'm trying to see how far I can go before I hit the limits of the CTX . sube

That's exactly the way I do it...hunt in HT then switch with the hot key to a FC program.

One thing I found that helped me was to add a few small disc blocks to the lower right hand side of one of the program screens to help quickly tell which program I'm in.
In other words don't make both the open screens exactly identical, or you'll waste time trying to figure out which one you're in.

Sube,

These videos are AMAZING! I definitely have not been using my machine to its potential. I have the perfect site to try this at. Thank you for all the work you put in!!
