Well took the cortes out today swung it in a spot I dug two barber dimes with my Shadow X2 at a couple weeks ago spent about 7 hours on location with Son and Grandson both of them using their silver Umax's lots of trash in this place and I knew there was. Ground Balanced as per manual which is real easy and ran Max Sens with no chatter which I was surprised , ran disc right at foil flipped to wide notch and started first target was 10 inches down and was a waterfacet handle oldie for sure next target a clad dime at 7 inches and two zincs in same hole started noticing the ID scale jumping around from Iron to 95 on Graph read out and the bar graph would settle in about round pull tab did this quite often thruu the day. Target after target was jumpy never really would lock on and stay also recovery time from target response on coil movement was way slow lots of falsing dug pulltabs that would lock in at 12 to 17 strong sweeping coil all directions . Son took his Silver Umax over the area I was searching about two hours later and low and behold out came a 1901 Barber Dime , his first barber and first silver for the year and yea Iknow what your going to say is I just missed it well maybe I did but I don't think so caused I lay-ed it on the ground and with the same settings on the cortes holding the coil about three inches above it it would not respond as a 95 on the graph now I am stumped walked back to the truck got my Shadow and it banged it hard every time
