I have been pouring over this forum for the past two weeks trying to decide on the Safari or the E-trac. It sounds like the two are almost the same except for the added bells and whistles. I think I would be best suited for the Safari. Can anyone out there give me a little more info. on the Safari and it's capabilities compared with the E-trac? Are there any Washington State Safari owners on this forum who have had alot of success with their Safari?

I'm on the same boat as you, - I'll paddle the right side & you the left, now all we need is someone at the rudder. Right now I'm leaning to the Safari - I want keep it simple & focus on the hunt not all the bells & whistles. I'm ready to buy just want it to be right.

Did you see the Safari Review at:

I getting ready to buy the Safari. I have an old house on my property that was built in 1897. It has never been worked, except by me with my whites 4000 when I was a kid. I did not spend alot of time there, only about an hour, locks, keys, ect. I will do the field test there and report my finds. I'm sure the area will produce. I will keep all of you posted.

Thanks
