New member......fairly new to hobby

Hi all.....just thought I'd drop in and hey from up here in Ontario. I've had my detector (Garret GTAx550) for a little less than a year now, but haven't had much time to use it. That will definitely change after having read all the posts in the forums..... Just can't let everyone else have all the fun..

I have the 550 as well.... good machine no problems with it. Love this time of the year. No bugs, less people out metal detecting, by the way semi frozen ground is excellent for clean cuts in the grass...stays real firm..just pop the coin out and slide er back in...sweet.Best of all is all that cold fresh air! Hope to see some picture of some up coming finds.
