New law for metal detecting

Glenn(SD)

Active member
I propose a new law that states something along these lines:

Anyone who lives where the weather is warm during the winter months must post some finds on a Monday morning or lose the right to detect.

I was waiting for Monday to arrive to see what the people in nice weather found this past weekend, and so far NOTHING.

My gosh, if John can make it out at -30 you guys owe us some posts.

Get out there or lose you licence.:detecting:

I second that Glenn I was already to hunt and POW 8 inches of snow hear in Pa. over the weekend. Help we need a fix!!!

YA!!! Just when I got my hopes up that the snow was melting and I was ready to run out the door to detect this yard. 9 inches of it, and big 3-4 foot drifts here in MA. If I were back in FL, I would be out at 6AM practically every morning...

Get a doctor's excuse and we'll let ya slide willy! Rest up and go hunt! Still snow here in the U.P.:rage:

No snow here in central NY! Supposed to be 52F and sunny this weekend. You know what I will be doing!:garrett:

Hitting 61 on Sat. and 69 on Sunday I'm gonna be a dirt fishing FOOL this weekend. Can't wait to post my finds. WWWOOOOOHHHOOOOO

Go for it and good luck. We have more snow forcast for the weekend.

i found a lot of holes in my local tot lots last weekend do ya want to see some pic"s  so i decided to go farther afield to a $$ rich area $$ & what did i find MORE HOLES  i spent more time filling holes than detecting  if i ever catch the @$$ who does this
