It does have a speaker and it's waterproof. It does not have true all metal but the way it's set up it's so close you can't tell the difference, it does not come with waterproof phones but they are available as optional equipment. More news later if there is any.

I was wondering about the Pro mode setup too be a close all metal mode, but actually not. As I read the promo about it that is what I gathered also that with the auto and manual ground balance it will be close all metal. I 'm just curious if it will be as sensitive to tiny tiny nuggets as the Scorpions all metal mode, being the AT PRO is close, but not. I'll just have to play with one to find ut for sure.

With 15 khz and a DD coil plus manual GB how much more sensitive should it be? I would think it would bang pretty good on little nuggies.

When you say its water proof are you saying if I accidental dropped this in the water and submerged it
it will not short out, or do just mean I can use it in the rain? Surely this isn't a submersible machine!

It is water proof to the depth of 10 feet and it is submersible ....yes you can go right in the water with it.

It is completely waterproof down to ten feet so you can hunt the beach and walk rightt out into deep water and hunt. Waterproof phones are optional but it's speaker is waterproof.
