New Hunter's First Time Out!

My boy Austin (8 years old) got his new Compadre this week and today was his first time out! He had a great day and only hunted for about 45 minutes! The ring is Avon but looks like gold. He didn't know what he found when he dug up the Sac dollar. I had him turn it over and read what it said. When he found out it said ONE DOLLAR he got excited! It blew me away! I have never found one! Sure made his day! He

Keith, My 8 year old also has a Compadre and he's constantly after me to go out hunting. He loves it!!! His is very hot on Quarters. He out hunts me 4 to 1 when it comes to quarters. He loves detecting and his only downfall is when he finds "some girls thing". He finds charms and earrings all the time and he's not crazy about those. He's after the cash with his "money machine".
