So i'm happy to show you my new homemade id meter for Sovereign

Pricipales characteristics :

- target id number ( between 0 and 100 ).
- target cursor indicator ( 7 images : iron / foil / pull tabs / ring / 3 currency )
- more precise information of target if press B.P
- led low battery power of sovereign

it's a prototype but the first test is good.

Good work! I really like seeing modifications and homemade stuff for the Sov. I have a few questions for you, if you don't mind:

What coin do you use to calibrate your meter to 100, and do you read targets higher than 100?
Is the meter battery powered?
What does"BP" mean, and what does it do?

Your prototype looks very clean and professional.
You have done a very nice job. Congratulations!

Hello,

I'm going to answer :

- to calibrate the id meter to 100, i had used a french big silver coin and actually i don't find any other coins more highter 100.

- B.P means : "Bouton Poussoir" = "Press Button" in english. with my id meter, it's possible to memory target, so when you press "B.P" it's possible to see clearly which coins it's possible to find.

- The ID meter is powered by Alkaline 9V

for more informations...

Thanks.
Greg
