It has a manufactured home on the property that looks as though it has never been lived in. Has a building in the front of the property that looks like it was a residence while the manufactured home was set up. We can convert the front building to Sherry's business needs. Lot size is 50X200'. Wooded areas to the one side and behind the home giving us privacy and shielded from the elements from the west (hot afternoon sun) and the north (winter winds from that direction will be blocked).
The price is very good and hopefully we can get more than enough for this place we are in now to buy the other and have money left over for other things like - savings.
The area population is said to be 11,000 permanent residents with 30,000 visitors (near Michigan's largest inland lake - 4 miles wide by 8 miles long) so it is a tourist attraction all year round. Deer hunters in the fall, ice fishing - Tip Up Town USA in the winter, spring and summer bring in the water sports and swimmers. So lots of people to lose lots of stuff
Where the place is located, it is IN tha Au Sable State Forest so no detecting in my own front yard hahaha - after all the Department of Natural Resources might come confiscate my detectors for detecting in THEIR forest.
Will try to post some pics shortly. Hoping that this is the home that God is going to help us get because it has so much to offer us. Even 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. (Casey loves the idea of having HER OWN bathroom).
