New guy here in need of advice on an new machine

Pusherman

New member
Jason from north Alabama here.

Im looking at buying a detector in the next few weeks.
I'll be beach hunting/snorkling maybe 6 times a year in NW Florida and the rest of the time would be parks And fresh water spots in Alabama.
I would like to get a water machine I could use on land. Pretty sure I need something to weed-out iron due to the nails in my area.
I was thinking about a tigershark or a excal 2.
You guys think one or the other would be a suitable all around machine?
Any other machines I should consider? Any advice is welcome!

Thanks
Jason

Welcome aboard. People from North Alabama are the best people in the whole World. I'll be leaving out for Gunterville Lake Saturday to do some camping with my uncles and nephew. We plan on doing some fishing and squirrel hunting. Yep, I'm going to take my detector.:)

I don't know much about water machines, but I do know Tesoro makes great detectors and have great customer service. All that and a lifetime warranty.

Tiger shark!

I'm from Muscle Shoals, Roll Tide!

Spend less than the Excal and get a TESORO Vaquero and a Garrett Sea hHunter 11 and have the best of both worlds.
