hi i traded for a golden new tone iam thinking i wont to try the 11' round widescan coil need your input thanks . ps went out to the lake for a few hours this weekend and it done well cant wate to get back out with it

I tested the 11" DD on depth on my Golden, wasn't impressed, BUT, I was very impressed on how well it picks up small silvers, even on edge. It covers ground well and is very sensitive, those are the positives.

That coil is going to bring in steel bottle caps (crown caps) in a high tone though won't it?

This coil is worth it for the sensitivity it gives you, gets the coins on edge really well. Faint targets sound loud.

i have had a chance to get out a few times on short hunts i am goning like this golden alot i think i will try 7" coil next time

Good choice on getting the GU! Don't know if it would be worth changing coils, DD or even a small coil.

well i tryed a dime and a rusty nail in a speed recovery test i think the 7" coil will help the g2 i have a dime cant hide i guess iam spoild
