NEW GOLD BUG 2

Some weeks ago i bought a new Gold Bug 2. And i recieved it with a broken mineralization switch. So I contacted the dealer and they ordered new ones from fisher. Fisher said nei, we have to wait since they need a ton of GB2's down in Africa.
Also I read about the old GB2's which could be supertuned in disc mode by turning the threshold. Cool i thoguht.. nice future to have actully.
Fisher contacts my dealer and Rock n Roll.


Guess what!

I got a fresh Gold Bug 2 of the band. Directly shipped across sea to me. AND IT SUPERTUNES LIKE THE OLD ONES. Turn up the Threshold and it becomes chatty and extremely sensitive. lower it to decrease the sensitivity. Just WOW.. Nice.

Only air tests so far since its raining like madness here at the moment.

I have an old gold bug 2 with the white lower leg and will never ever sell it. Great machine and have fun with yours
