New Garrett Infinium Tips page

Hi,
I'm having a ball with my Garrett Infinium pulling up old coins from a site that has long been "detected out". I talk a lot about the Infinium ,and so get lots of questions via email. Since I've used the machine for hunting gold nuggets, jewelry, and coins I have some fairly broad experience. But rather than answer the same questions over and over, I figured I'd put together a Tips page of things I've learned with my Infinium.
As a ground balancing pulse induction machine the Infinium simply does not act like a VLF detector. Those that expect it to will have problems. The machine is powerful, but has its quirks. Using it reminds me of the early days of VLF detecting. Raw, crude power, and lots of digging of junk. But lots of surprising finds also.
Anyway, I hope the tips will help some Infinium owners out there. Those considering the machine may glean some useful information also. I address one area in particular, electrical interference, that can make PI detectors difficult to use compared to VLF units in many populated areas.
The guide is a first draft, so any comments or suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks Steve. I'm sure this info will be greatly appreciated.

Steve,
Is the Infinium Tips page still available somewhere. I know it has been quite sometime since you posted this message and would like to find the tips.
Thanks,
