New favorite coil

A few weeks ago I purchased a 10x5 SEF coil for my explorer SE Pro. Love, love, love this coil. Slightly shallower than the stock 11" but much better at separation. Not sure this will ever come off. Highly recommend
 
I have the NEL Sharpshooter on my SE Pro now (5.5 X 9.5) and it has become my favorite. I had bought a new SEF 6X8 recently and the NEL...I quickly liked the NEL over the SEF. It just seemed to produce better for me. Maybe not as deep as the stock Pro coil but separation and build quality are really good. The SEF ain't no slouch either...I just prefer the NEL Sharpshooter.

I also have the Detech Ultimate 13" but have not used it much since I got the NEL Sharpshooter. I'm sure it will probably go deeper than the NEL but I think I will save it for the more open areas like beaches and open fields.

For now the NEL stays on most of the time and I will sell the SEF 6X8.

I purchased a 10 X 12 SEF for my Exploerer II a little more than a year ago, I use it now all of the time - I simply love it....... I
