Just this very day I have went and re-done the first F-75 video in the field that I did back in '08. I went back to the same place, and had to locate some bullets. But I have a better camera now and I think overall, folks are going to be really happy with the outcome once it's all put together and put on YouTube.
In this one I cover things we've learned about the F-75 since I did the other video, as well as re-doing a little of the first one.
You'll get:
1. How I set the F-75 up for hot ground.
2. What bullets in "real world" conditions sound like and respond like on screen.
3. How to tell nails from bullets, even though they read the same on the meter.
4. How to tell what a hot rock sounds like.
5. What the proper sweep speed of the F-75 is.
I could have had this done tonight but my camera battery decided to die while I was transferring files from its HD to the PC's HD. I have most of the files but not all of them...will have to recharge the camera. SO with that said, I will look at what I've got for now, make notes about it, and may even add a thing or two in the mean time. One big thing that I did new this time, was over one bullet I spent a little bit of time showing you guys what different modes sound like on bullets. This was a fun and interesting one, and I think it will help a lot of folks start to dig a lot more stuff. I even play with NASA Toms setting and I'm going to say this....those of you that are using the 1F or 2F tone in bad dirt....you're walking over some goodies thinking they are iron.
