New Excal - Silver No.2

Slowly getting the hang of the Excal. Managed a silver 1944 quarter but the cold drizzle, cool water, gray skies, and cheap T-shirt only allowed me in the water for 1.5 hours. This relatively remote MA moutain lake is slowly giving up her charms. The best part, however, was, within one minute, I saw a ferrett runs along a lawn, a small bass leap for an insect, a great blue heron cruise by, Mallard ducks take off, and a Bald Eagle perched on a nearby branch. Eat your heart out Marlin Perkins.

Quite a diverse bunch of finds. I like the watch fob and lures.

Haven't thought of them in years....Jim always did the animal wrestling & Marlin did the easy stuff...what a Blast from the Past..Thanks...HH...Tab.

..and how, when Jim is being potentially mauled, Marlin states, "Jim has his experience to help him, but we, as mere mortal turds, have Mutual of Omaha to help us through the tough times"

Man that's great! All good sights to take in too. Looks like you found a great place.
