New E-Trac finds:ausflag:

Some of my first finds with my new E-Trac, I had a Quattro previously. Really beginning to love the E-Trac, its fast and pinpoints very accurately.

Most of these coins were found in a few hours on the beach at low tide and were found in a very small area along with dozens of fishing sinkers, arrrgh.

sweet finds there Fortunehunter any day you can find a silver florin is a good day in my books & as for the sinkers if ya finding them you:v got a good chance of finding gold they sit in the same hard pack layer of the sand + leads worth a few $$ per kg.

A day finding a bit of loot like that is what keeps me going.
I'm thinking of charging up Excal tonight and try a paddock down the street which had an old house
on it.The house was 120yrs old and they pulled it down a few years ago and I know the
people that own the property. Just looking at those old coins is enough excuse to go for a walk for sure.
It all adds up in the end and like lazyaussie said, 'leads worth a few $$ per kg, also.
My 2 young boys sold my old lead sinkers that I collected over the years and scored a $100.00
between them, and I thought maybe $50/$60 but $100 smackos well..... good on them.
Nice finds Fortunehunter and goodluck on future hunts.

Cheers
