Have a new digger to try on my next detecting trip. What do you guys think?

Machine shop build by a friend. I just introduced him to metal detecting and he is getting seriously addicted. He and is wife are going on vacation to the beach with us in July and he is already building his second beach scoop.

If he would build me one I would pay fifty dollars he should serate the edges he can do that to your I would love to buy one..
 
Already gave that some thought, or glue on a bycycle handle grip.

I like your tool's straight line design, as opposed to an offset handle. And the ball end is a palm saver I'll bet. The Ames I use has put a callus in the center of my palm.

Another one being made with serrated edges. Contacted the forum and throwing the idea around about becoming a sponsor maybe make and sell these in the future.
