or watch the whole thing here http://www.a16videos.com/garrettatpro.htm

on the main site you may have to wait a few seconds for it to load

Never mind the fact it's waterproof, only weighs 3lb, has forty points of iron discrimination, has auto and manual gnd balance, numerical target id, and seems to be equally at ease coinshooting, relic huntin' or gold prospecting at the beach, in the water or on dry land, I liked the demo of its ability to detect good targets right underneath bad targets and hot rocks that would be masked out on my Ace250 and GTI1500 (I tried them) and I can't say for sure, but probably most detectors on the market. Maybe some of you other guys with other brand detectors can chime in on that. I hope it pinpoints equally well because the only thing missing is target size!!

The new AT Pro has taken a page out of Minelabs book. And that is a good thing. The "rollover" discrimination sounds shown in the demo remind me very much of my Soverein GT and to a certain degree the Explorer series. However, The Garrett seems to have much more distinction in the audio between good and bad targets. I am soooo happy for Garrett and for the hobby to have a machine that appears to have all its bases covered in features, versatility, and price.
CONGRATS TO GARRETT!
I hope that this AT PRO is only the begining to Garrett's foray into the features that the seasoned detectorist want.
Plus I am so happy they did not color it Yellow. LOL

take care
Jason
