Well I just got my CTX this past week from Bart@ Big Boys Hobbies (Bart was awesome to deal with!!). Well I decided I wanted a case to carry everything so this is what I came up with.

Not bad... what is the make and model of the case?

Its a Plano 1144 Bow case. I also screwed a Plastic container to the lid which holds the chargers cables and the WM-10. What was nice about this case is that it has the standoffs that I was able to screw straps and other things to both the lid and base.

OK, Thanks, I see them for about $85 online.. I have considered this in the past but usually get turned off by the price. However I may be sold because of the plastic container in there, and a place for the seventeen incher. I guess considering I have about $2700 of equipment bouncing around my trunk it would be a wise purchase.

Thats what I was thinking. The first time I took out so far I had it all wrapped in towels which was not going to work for me. I picked up mine at bass pro, I also bow hunt so I will use the case for that as well.
Now I just need to find a nice cover for the control box like the ones Milspec makes, I just cant wait the couple months to get it I would like something ASAP.

Very nice, since my 17'' has become my primary coil of choice I don't think this would work, would it?

I think you are right Daytona....It looks too small to keep it attached. Darn it!

Like the case very much. Detector is way to clean

Yes it is way to clean! I have only gotten to use it for about 30mins since I got it :veryangry: I have been just to busy with work, but it did give me time to read the whole manual and Gary Draytons book.
