new compadre any thing I need to know, any tips

I use a Vaq. but heard you guys raving about the Compadre,
so I got a good deal from Richard at backwoods.
Wanted to know if there is anything I need to know before our maiden voyage .

It takes a wile to really get used to.

But give it a chance.

It will dawn on you what the little

scudder is doing.

At first, I kept looking for the all metal.

But this one does it's thing in VLF alone.

After a while, it will start supprising you.

Swing it and put some time into it.
Its one affordable fun easy-2-use effective light little machine - oh, bring along digging tools and a pouch.

If you want to find gold , that is smaller gold rings keep the disq to the left of F in foil i have no gripes whith this machine at all but i am saving for a vaquero for better depth the compadre will get you 4.5" to 5" on coins and is great in trash and around metal poles you will like it
