I've been following this forum for a couple of months. I finally decided to buy one from all the good review. I live in Amarillo TX. We have a lot of soil build up from the blowing dirt. I'm excited to see what this detector can do. I'll keep everyone posted.

JUST READ THE QUICK GUIDE THAT YOU CAN DOWN LOAD FROM HERE, IT EXPLAINES BETTER THAN THE MANUAL.
THE REST SHOULD BE EASY.

keep in mind the detector may be eratic for some time untill its brok in dont get hyper about sending it back , just be cool after a full charg it may beeb repetidly if you volume is past 2 keep that under 2 I say this because thats what mine did and some others had the same thing happen , and it may get static sounding after adjusting the gain it will calm down. bury a dime at 8" and 10" and just practice with settings, I can say the bliss can iggnore many hot rocks and clinker and still get targets under it thats one great thing about the bliss I have a hot rock that the bliss just gives a crackle on but if I put a coin under it it nails it so nice, I also found a chunk of coal clinker that set off one of my other detectors.- but the bliss ignors it and gets a coin under it really nice so you need not fear red brick . look forward to your upcoming great finds Gunnar

The bliss arrived today. I buried silver dimes at 6,8,10 and 12 inches earlier this week. I followed the quick guide and was able to hit each dime! I got it on the charger and am looking forward to tomorrow.
