New AT Pro owner

Just bought an AT Pro. Bart from Big Boys Hobbies treated me well. I have only used it twice. Getting used to sounds and target ID numbers. Thought I would show first cool find. Looks to be a napkin holder with two soldiers. Minus their heads darn it. Looks to be made of cheap cast metal. Might try to fix it up some and reattach soldier. Has owners name hand inscribed. Think first letter may be a J because of long loop under it. So guessing Jessie or Jennie. Last name Wright. No other markings. Soldiers look to be Roman but shield has cross. Not sure if the Romans used that as a symbol. Can anyone tell what type of uniform? Just wondering cause it may give a clue to origin.

Most any detector could find this object but I like the AT Pro so far and think I will be finding many more goodies with it.

Welcome to the club! That's one thing about this hobby is you never know what your going to dig up and it is addicting. Keep up the good work and thanks for sharing!

Congratulations on your new machine!:detecting: Soon you will learn their secrets, their ways of acting and I acoplareis to perfection, as a lady, first know and then, you love.:inlove: but do not forget, just a machine
Jessie seems the recorded name. The Roman soldier and shield seems fantasy, freedom of the artist :smoke:
Thanks for sharing

Thanks for the encouragement all. Will post the first silver or old coin that I find with my new machine. Hopefully it will be soon.
