Hello everyone, well I ordered my Ace 250 yesterday and it arrived this morning before i woke up, I was like a kid on christmas morning, i went into my back yard and found a few Bud Light bottle tops and a penny, i was just getting used to this great machine. I havent figured out if i am going to the ball parks around the bleachers or should i say under them, or the beach first, i still have alot to learn about the use of this detector, dont get me wrong its easy to use but there is slight differences in tone sounds to different metals, But so far I love this detector, It is GREAT for the price and I am looking forward to finding alot of great and interesting things. Now for one question, Is there any advice that you all can give me about places to search in general, common knowledge tells me look under bleachers at ball parks, but where else is a good bet to start looking also??
Thanks for everything

So many places, just use your imagination and think of places where people congregate. Parks, swimming pools, soccer field sidelines, football field sidelines, baseball fields along the walks, along sidewalks, vacant lots, medians in parking lots, schools and on and on. Now, I've never had too much luck under bleachers, although one would think at first there would be tons of stuff under there. But upon reflection, I figure little kids get under them and scrounge around for coins and since grass won't grow under them, coins are easy to spot. JMHO, but who knows until you get there. Basically, goodies are where you find them. Anything can be lost anywhere, and it's up to you to get a coil over the goodie and into your pouch. Just be sure to get permission before hunting anywhere, and I can testify upon recent experience, to GET IT IN WRITING!!

If you go to the parks and various fields please be sure to practice the recovery technics in your user manual.
Take all your dug trash with you.
Hope this also helps
