Just received the custom made 5/16" nut and bolt upgrade for my Excalibur.
It will work on any coil assembly using up to a 5/16" opening.
Bolt is 5/16" x 2.5" - see how it compares to the stock 1/4"...
Made from 30% reinforced fiberglass 6/6 nylon (most stock bolts are just 6/6 nylon).
I had to order 25 sets - am keeping 5 sets and 7 are already spoken for - that leaves 13 sets available at $8.00 (my cost).
The Excal will need a quick and easy drill out of the plastic coil ears and shaft to accommodate this upgrade from 1/4" to 5/16".
