New 2007 Dollar Coin Info...

We all know they're out. We're all hoping they'll catch on. Looks like another loser to me, although I DO like it just a little more than the Sacka-jo-momma dollar or the Susan B. Still, it's a cheap LOOKING coin. And I'm sure that the cheap gold-colored coating will NOT hold up well, particularly at the beach. So they ought to look like a bag of smashed butt after a short time in the ground.

As I expected, they come up on the Explorer as a solid 00-29 in digital mode and a nice hi-tone on the Excal, just like a quarter.

Pics, if you haven't seen one up close yet...compared to a quarter for size.
