Netbook/Vision compatability?

Wonder how long it will be for an adapter to come out for a USB port. The netbooks would be perfect for "hooking up" with other detectorists while out in the field. Sounds like it will have to be of Whites own design? Imagine...exchanging programs with buds in the field, live video exchange, instant advice. You could be hunting "with" friends while in another state or country? (The tech is already there but just needs tweaked to a standard or refined in simplicity.) Guess two things would have to be improved initially. A hotspot generated from your car or cell and improved onboard (or external) video capabilities with your netbook. Fun to think about? It'll happen for sure...just a matter of when... interesting times we are living in.

Sounds like a hassle to me. But then again, I hate cell phones.

Being able to share programs wirelessly with other users of the same detector hunting with me physically is all I'd ever need, and White's came through.

Know what you mean...I hated it all for a while but yesterday's hassles have become today's necessities it seems. Much more comfortable with it all now I guess.
