Nel Tornado coil

I just got a new T2+ and bought a Nel Tornado coil at the same time. The t2 will not ground balance, even manually on this T2. Positive sound with coil going towards the ground at any settings. O to 99 in manual GB mode makes no difference. Ground grab with stock coil is perfect. Anyone have any Ideas? I tried low sensitivity and it didn't help. Coil says Teknetics, but not T2 on it.
 
Return it. Nel has had a history of defective loops.:throw:
Hope you got it from a reputable dealer....China will pirate, anything. :nopity:

It's on the way back. Might just stick with the stock coil on the T2 and try a bigger coil on my F75.
