I own the Tornado, Sharpshooter, Hunter coil for E-trac. Would Thunder add anything to my Coil collection?

From what I hear you can't really beat the stock? I don't know if thats true?
I have a sef large butterfly coil and a 7.5 minelab and a stock
Been meaning to try them all out.

I used the hunter coil at my last hunt. went back to stock coil and found a few items I missed.

I was told by a very good detectorist that you cant beat the stock?
He runs a ctx and he finds a lot of good stuff!

I just do not like the stock coil myself. I use the Coilteks myself. If I had to use only one it would be the 10X6 but I used the Coiltek 12X8 last night and found some good deep stuff.

Ard you running the stock coin mode with the coilteks?
How much deeper are you able to go with them over stock?

I run a modified version of trashy park. With the small coil 10X6 I get at least 8" With the 12X8 I equal the stock coil but I always seem to get better deeper ID with the Coilteks. I just do not like digging any more trash than I need to. Of course the WOT is really deep and pretty good on ID but it is too big for most of the places I hunt. With the stock coil I seem to really get a lot of iron falsing. I was going to trade the WOT for something but the only thing anyone has to offer is Nel coils and I am not saying these are not excellent coils. I just have very good luck with the Coilteks. I run two Etracs so I always like to have a spare coil and one set up with a small coil Coiltek 10X6 and the other with a medium coil Coiltek12X8. I rarely hunt ground that I can use the 15" WOT. This makes changing Coils as easy as possible using two machines.

Dears . Nel thunder is the best and it's a third one in nel coils have a great depth from 10 to 11 inch with nice voice signal really you can trust it. . Regards

Think I would just go for the Nel (Big) Coil, There's U Tube Video's out there it hitting Nickle's at 14 inch's on a salt water Beach.

I have a nel big for the F75. It is so heavy. The thunder is light at 20oz. The nel big is 32oz (i think).
