NEL Sharpshooter coil for ETP

Thumbs Up I must say it is an awesome coil for this Detector. Pin points extremely easy very accurate and absolutely on target everytime .

I bought the ETP for my kids. Funny thing is I keep catching myself using this detector in trashy sites. I best order another one before the kiddos get to aggrevated with me. I ordered the ETP with the 8" concentric coil but I later purchased the sharpshooter. The sharpshooter won't be coming off. Made this sleeper unit even better.

I know it is a lot better coil for my use than the 8 inch concentric it hits very accurately on targets and a lot easier to pinpoint with and is a monster in high trash areas it will not come off heck I sold the 8 inch as it was just taking up space in my access bag

I agree with you on the sharpshooter coil. Anyone looking for a detector to get their kids started in the hobby. The etp would be a good choice. I know there's more expensive detectors out there but for what the etp cost and what it'll do is pretty amazing.

What is the EPT machine ?? not seen one yet

Brian,ETP stands for Euro Tek Pro which is the Teknetics entry level detector,it was aimed at the European market i guess hence the 'Euro' and been out a few years.

It's really my go to detector because it's just a turn on and go machine! It's unbeatable with the 11DD in the $300 price range.

I purchased the ETPro for my fiance from a member on this forum, thank you again Wayne, and we have been too busy to get "out there" yet. But I'm going to surprise her and get the sharpshooter coil as a wedding gift.
:)

I bought the NEL Hunter and Sharpshooter coil for my G2. I tried both of them on the ETP and man what a difference in depth from the stock coil. I would recommend to someone wanting a reasonably price machine to buy an ETP and replace the stock coil with a NEL coil.
