Needing Rain

It's too darn dry to detect and the school yards aren't filled with children yet to do the tot lots. Our school district starts tomorrow. :clapping: We're sure hoping we get some much needed rain. Our poor little garden isn't doing too great either this year. Guess that means I can't make any pickles or tomato juice.

Have you all been doing research as to where to hunt? I've found a few places but there's always room for more. Stay cool next week, Nancy

Yes, dry ground means brown spots in the turf. Be careful where you search and how you recover your targets. Need rain.

Back into the 90's here starting Tuesday. The extended forecast as it stands right now no rain for the rest of this month. Bummer

Hey Nancy maybe we can get someone else to try the rain dance...mine didnt work...I'll try again but I think we need a combined effort...maybe...couldn't hurt:help:

I'm game for anything. We really need the rain. We noticed the grass is turning brown in yards around here. :sadwalk:

We went to hit constitution park by the riverfront then saw a parks worker outside the old new train depot and got permission to hunt all around it. They irrigate the lawn there and the digging was like back in early may. Very nice easy plugs. We found a little over 70 cents in clad but 2 coins just missed silver by 2 years. :-(

It is very dry at all other parks not very fun digging. Think we are on break till some rain falls.

Good luck all. We are still planning to make the meet so hope to see you there.
