Need some info on the 2500....

I have got to use the 2500 for a couple of hours now
and have a few questions. Hope you can help.
1:In the factory coin setting, it seems like the
processor speed is slow when a target is passed over.
2: Even on shallow coins sometimes there is only
audio in one direction and then when you get the
coil exactly centered over the target, you get
audio both ways. Am I imagining things or is this
the way the 2500 operates? 'Will post my finds

In any of the disc. modes there is a small delay. This is the computer, processing the ID data. The signal in only one direction is caused by distance from the coil. You will get used to these peculiarities of the 2500.

Also, the 2500 is a bit slow when it's ready to rescan the next target. Hit the operating button, saves time.
