Any suggestions on how to cut down the falseing when hunting waiste deep salt water?
Thanks

Turn down your gainto 14 and adjust it up until the machine starts falsing then back the gain back down a little. Low trash. Auto +3 may have to adjust a little. Deep on. All this while in beach mode. Noise cancel. Check under coil cover for a build up of sand. No need to ground balance. That is about all I can think of right now. Don't forget to wash the machine off GOOD so your shaft does not seize. HH :minelab:

Lower you gain to at least 20, use ground coin and run manual sensitivity. I also ran Gone Huntings program other than the changes I just described. It worked well. Didn't find anything great but on the beach the week I was there but I get distracted very easily. To much scenery... lol
