Need some advice please - on my Eagle 2 SL 89? the plastic meter cover has a small hole - pin head size. Is this an easy replace?

I think Whites can send you a meter plastic cover for replacement..They sent me a spectrum plastic stick on

You might have to send it in as the screen is not the same as XLT or Spectrum.
I use to do some work on W.hites and just replaced mine on my Eagle SL90.5 .You have to take the pod apart,The touch screen pads and screen has to be replaced..You must peel off the old one.It is connected with a ribbon wire.It is kindof tricky so if your not sure....... send it to Whites.

Just trying to remember I think the first Eagle was in 87 then the 88 with a update chip for the 87.The 88 had the newer front end changes that would take the newer Blue Max loops.The 88,89 were the same but then the 90 came out with 2 user save programs but they done away with on the 90 the mixed mode like the 87,88and 89 had and they put target sound ID.everyone wanted the mixed mode back so then they changed the 90 to 90.5 with the mix mode back.
I think there might have been 6 or so software changes over that time.I think the problem was getting chips made.......There were other small changes but those are the ones that come to mind.......
