Allergies: IF these are due to pollens and such a teaspoon of local honey a day can help rid you of these. Honey must be natural and unprocessed.
Pain and taking it out on others along with depression. I remember what Jesus went through and also others I have known in this world who have had a hard time with bad health.
This may help you change your attitude and things will get better all around. Been through a few periods of depression some years back. You are in my prayers.

I will pray for your recovery. How long have you had this? I was sick the last week of April on Wednesday and the doctors though it was gall blatter but it wasn't I think I had a viral infection. Headaches constantly. I still have a little aftermath of it. I might have to see the surgeon sometime next week. Well anyway I hope you get better. This thing for me lasted about a little over a week.

will be prayin for ya too! If it doesn't hurt to read, there is a lot of strength in the Word! We are most vunerable to the evil one when we are not feeling our best. You are NOT alone, it's a battle we all fight from time to time. Read Isaiah 40:31, it's been a great one for me! God Bless!

I've been feeling bad for about 2-3 weeks off and on so I know what your going through Steve. I need prayer to and hope you recover soon and are able to get out and enjoy the nice weather.

I used to feel pretty bad myself sometimes. Maybe not quite like you now, but bad just the same. My particular situation dictated I had to force myself to get out, and the more I got out, the better I felt. If you can, give it a try. You just never know.

as I have arthritis....hurt most of the time....allergies and asthma. Sneeze & cough a lot and hard to do anything because of my not being able to breathe like I'm supposed to do! Lack of oxygen in the blood makes a person soooooooooo tirrrrrrrrred! I don't have the sinus headaches, now, but used to have migraines because of all the stress I had to go through before the divorce! Hopefully, your wife will be more understanding of your illnesses by explaining to her how you feel without complaining. (Not saying that you do!)
Do try to get out and do something that you like to do once in awhile and you will find out that it will make you feel better, especially if you find something good metal detecting or doing something great with your wife, like seeing beautiful scenery and etc. Remember, she isn't having fun either if you aren't going places and doing things you each enjoy doing together or separately!
Hang in there and keep the faith in Jesus! I know that is easier said then done, but just say, "Jesus help me" and He will! I find that the less I move the more I hurt when I do, but just don't overdo, which I seem to do when I do get out and detect or do yardwork and so forth! Remember, Jesus loves you! <img src="/metal/html/smile.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":)">

Pain, loneliness and depression all seem to go together and therefore we must seek the Lord and read His Word!
God Bless!

a fun place to be. Steve, Hang in there! The nice thing about walking with God is that He has everything under control even when it doesn't seem so. That is where our faith and trust come in. Some of the things you describe sound like they might be caused or at least worsened by stress. That is where the devil gets us. That's why we are called to give a sacrifice of praise. Notice the sacrifice part. That doesn't have to do with our feelings. Rejoice in all things. Now that I have said that. I to have had a life of aches and pains with allergies. The drug that has worked for my allergies is a perscription drug called Zyrtec-D. I origially got it for Hives. Also caused by stress. Gods love is new every morning. I am thankful I don't have to do everything out of feelings. I have decided to do things because it's the right thing to do and pleases Father. David in Psalms talks about it alot. He commands his body to rejoice. Because he knows Gods in charge. I get sius headaches every winter. I use to get medicine for them but they would come right back. Now I just get along the best I can til they go away. They always do. I am standing with you brother. If you email me. I would be happy to call you to encourage you. Hang in there!
Keep the faith, Jamie
