detector.Hi my name is Paul and I have been detecting for a year and a half and would like your opinion on getting the ace 250 for the wife.I do mostly land in the summer months and hit the salt beaches in the winter.Question on what to expect on the wet sand,or is it just a dry sand machine.Your feedback will be a great help. Thanks Paul

The ACE Series detectors handle the salt beaches real well. They also do a magnifient job on finding gold items. It is such a lite machine and has gotten countless positive reviews on it's performance. Just read all the posts on Garrett Forums.

Thanks John & Willy for your info.

We have 8 to 12 inches of snow forecast for tomorrow so there is no hurry to order one. So I will keep lurking and learning from you old timers or should I say young ones. HH Paul
