Found a knife blade at Fur Trade Era Indian site that has (IOR) and below it (OID) these might not be 100% correct as it is quite rusty. Any ideas of what this knife actually is???? Also found a Jews Harp, Iron Awls, Copper Arrow Tips, A Lead Whizzer, 2 French Folding Knife blades ETC. Any help on this knife blade would be greatly appreciated.
 
I can't help you Rob but I would search on Knife collecting sites. I'm sure someone will know. Most likely it's a makers mark. Good find, David @ Dixie
