Need ID help on this bullet my buddy found..

My buddy found the bullet a few days ago and asked me to help ID it for him.
It looks like an enfield bullet to me and measures 1 3/32" long and 9/16" in diameter.
I also took a photo of the cavity for reference. I've never found one before and am not sure if I am right on the ID
or not and thought I'd ask the experts here.

Looks like an Enfield, used by the South primarily.
