Need honest feedback on 8" coils

I'm interested in a 8" coil for my Explorer II. Which coils have you used, the Sunray X-8 or the Minelab 7.25? And why do you like one over the other? I sure would like to know which of the two is deeper seeking and excelent in thrash with the less falsing. Thanks to all. Jim TN
 
I think the 8 inch suunray is the most stable and definately the lightest, not sure on depth but seems to be fairly close..
 
To me the stock 10 is tough to beat...used the Minelab 8 and wasn't my cup of tea..Am sure many do well with both...
