Need help with this button please

I found this button around an abandoned home last Sunday which I was told possible dates back to the 1800's.
I have seen folks refer to these as "ball buttons".
I cleaned the back up and can make out "TREBLE GILT" and then the letters "ORA.
It looks like blank spacing after the last three letters like maybe the back had a weak strike during the stamping.
Can anyone help me put a possible date of mfg on this button.
When I found this button, it looked like the back was missing until I started removing the dirt from inside the button and saw the loop... must have been separated many years ago.
Thanks in advance for any responses,
Felix
