Need help with these items..

I found these at a site that had an old house on it many years ago, but now is a golf course.
I'm not sure if they are related to the house or something to do with golfing.
they look like bullets, but are light and do not have lead inside.. appears to be something hard like concrete on the inside.
The closeup of the one I am holding appears to have some rifleing marks all around it ( you can make out one in the photo ).
The others have some marks similar to rifleing too, but not as noticable as this one.
They appear to be copper and the Quarter is for scale to get the idea of size.
Thanks in advance for any help,
Felix

They are likely tracer rounds. Some have little to no lead inside. The composition of the material inside is often made of phosphorus or magnesium and is ignited from the gun powder when fired.

TRACER ROUNDS

Wonder how they got there? Range. military. ground target?

Couldn't say.. this site has provided us with an array of finds including and 1852 large cent, IH cents, mercs and rosie dimes, a SL quarter, some Washington quarters, a civil war button, tokens, a 1947 class ring, old hotel tags, and a heel plate so far.
I'm not surprised at what may come out of this site after these finds.. should be some Seated coins in there, but they haven't shown themselves yet.
Here is a find my buddy found a few days ago.. it is an old bottle opener.. another interesting find!!
