Need help with identifying Russian Currency

Attached is Russian currency I found and was wondering if anyone had some information on it? The bill has a watermark on the empty spot.

100 Rubles
First Year of Issue: 1910
Governing Body: Czar Nicholas II

The 100 Ruble banknote of 1910 is one of the two physically largest denominations in this series (second in size only to the 500 Ruble note). The banknote bears the image of Catherine II, also known as "Catherine the Great," who took power of the Russian Empire as Czar once her husband, Peter III, was removed. The note has a large watermark of Catherine II. This feature of a former ruler's watermark has only been seen previously in the 25 Ruble note. The 100 Ruble banknote exists in two signature varieties: Konshin and Shipov

I read a little Russian and it actually says "State Credit Ticket". I never realized that. Gosudarstvenia=state kredeetni=credit and beelet=ticket. Sorry about the phonetic spelling : )
