That was only back in the 70's but girls have been in love with their horses long before they wrote Black Beauty so who can say for sure.

it may be part of the "ribbon" awards given at horse shows. I have several of them similar, to almost identical, off those type "ribbons".Hope this helps...HH.."Doc"
