Lewis & Son / Phildelphia, PA. I am not sure if it is even very old. The Good Luck token has Since 1820 stamped on the back. Just curious if anyone has seen either before. Also, posted some Indian relics found a while back.

Nice finds, the top points on the bottom look like Daltons. Those are great finds along witht the button too. I wish I could find one...d2

Mike-

Nice finds! The points are especially really nice and colorful. We have a lot of Indian stuff in Ohio but the points don't seem as nice.

I can't say much about the token you found, other than it looks like a spinner. You can probably lay it flat on one side and give it a spin and it will turn. The arrow ends up pointing to the person who picks up the check or buys the drinks. I don't know about the age but looks to be from the 1920s-1950s (just a guess). You might want to go on Google and try to find out about the NJ company that issued it. (It's a small world-my college roommate grew up in that town in NJ).

Good luck & HH,

Tokenterry

Thanks Terry,
It does spin when lying flat with the arrow side up. That may well be what it was designed to do. I found the points a while back when I use to go hunting quite often. Unfortunately for me, I got rid of all of my collection except for just a few. I had no idea what I was doing and really regret doing that, but life goes on.

I would need to examine the top left point but it does resemble the Dalton point. The serrations & fluting look right. The hafting area and basal area should be ground. The top right point looks like a Santa Fe point, which is later; Late Archaic to Woodland. The bottom point appears to be an exhausted MacCorkle. Your button looks circa 1870s and railroad associated. Nice finds, David
