Need help on this trade token.

Got this two and a half cent good for token from my sister and was wondering if anyone could give me any information on it as far as how old it might be and if it's worth more than two and a half cents.:clapping: It's from a place called Continental Grills Inc in LA California. Any help on this would be appreciated. Thanks.

This token is listed in the 1976 book "California Tokens" by Charles V. Kappen. They don't give a date on the token but value it at 75 cents to $2.00 (there are a couple of different versions of the token). Due to this book being over 30 years old, it's probably worth more (how much more I don't know). You may want to check eBay to see if any sold and what they brought. Thanks for sharing.
