1974 to be exact. 434th Tactical fighter unit, 930th CAM sq. Spent my entire duty at Grissom AFB in Indiana and been there ever since. Crew chief on F-111, F-4, A-37 and very briefly A-10. Grissom was a Strategic Air Command base and we were in the middle of the cold war so it was a very tight ship at that time.
