Any help will be appreciated. Date espcially. this way I can date the dirt. Found it where the city is diggin. i know its not as old as what you guys find though...thanks in advance for any help
 
Here in southeren Ohio the ground is too flat for LONG range shooting and TOO BLAMED MANY PEOPLE.:shrug:
 
Ohio.In that area you can shoot from one hill top to another,as long as it was a clear shot.I hunted ground hog with a scoped rifle and considered any target under 200 yards unsporting.Fox and ground hog were the order of the day.Ground hogs and cows don't mix(too many broken legs from stepping in a chuck hole).So I did a lot of "pasture hunting".Here in Ohio,a 30 06 or a 308 will travel over a mile.I'm just not ready to take a chance of maybe killing or hurting someone out of eyesight. Besides,I know when I'm well-off.There's men---and women that are better shots than I am doing a fantastic job over there.They say with age comes wisdom,well I've got the age,I sure wish the wisdom would get here. Bob :usan:
