need help identifying

[the main boys]

I found this button and buckle metal detecting. I have not been able to identify them. If anyone has any idea about them i would appreciate the feedback.

Looks like an old ARMY dress uniform button...the buckle on the other hand, I have never seen a round one...
Very cool finds indeed...

hi main boys. the button is a great seal button, introduced in 1902. the other piece is a u.s. harness rosette. it attached to the front of the leather harness on uncle sam's horses. you must be near an old u.s. cavalry training camp. great finds, and hh,
