Need help identifying military medal

I found this medal in my yard using the Tesoro Amigo2. The medal says genuine bronze on the back. My house was built in 1885. Pictured next to the medal is a 1865 penny I found in my parents yard. My parents home was built in 1895.

Thanks for the info. I've only been metal detecting for a couple months but I've had some good finds. All of my old finds have been in my yard and my parents yard.
