Need help identifying bullet casing and button.

Please check the FISHER forum under topic heading "F2 old park finds" from Jan 22, for photos of casing and button.
The top of the button says VIRGINIA SIC SEMPER TYRANNIS and the back says SUPERIOUR QUALITY.
The casing has no writing on the base.
